some time become “public records” subject to disclosure under the
Ohio
Public Records Act ORC § 149.43(A)(2).
Such records are available to the public, including the media, for review, copying, and
release.
For your security, do not submit personal information online. We strongly
recommend sending any personal identifying information (such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or credit card numbers) by U.S. mail if necessary.
When submitting materials, include copies of supporting documents (not
originals)
and reference the complaint number assigned to you.
