I also want to recognize Senate President Niehaus and Chairman Jordan for their assistance in moving the bill quickly.”
“Regarding the passage of House Bill 2, I want to thank Representative Snitchler and Representative Stautberg for their foresight and commitment to making performance audits a priority for state government.”
“Finally, I appreciate all who offered their ideas and amendments to strengthen this bipartisan legislation.”
Today the Ohio Senate unanimously passed Senate Bill 4 and the Ohio House of Representatives unanimously passed House Bill 2. Both bills require the Auditor of State Dave Yost to audit certain state agencies each biennium.
