| Description | The Auditor of State’s Office (AOS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to assist with an audit of the Ohio Department of Medicaid’s Aged, Blind, and Disabled (ABD) Medicaid program. The selected vendor will review eligibility determinations made through the Ohio Benefits system and assess compliance with federal and state requirements. The RFP outlines two testing scenarios: all 487,427 eligibility determinations or a sample of 36,207 for individuals receiving benefits in June 2025. Vendors must address both scenarios in their proposals, although AOS will ultimately select one. |
