TeamMate+ Offline Projects

Our office uses TeamMate+ as our audit software. IPA workpaper requests will be fulfilled using a TeamMate+ Offline project.

IPA’s will receive a .zip file with the contents of the offline audit project.

How to access the offline project

  1. Download the .zip file to a folder and extract it.
  2. Double click the .bat file to open the offline project.
  3. If you receive a blue warning screen, click “More Info” and then “Run Anyway”.
  4. Enter the password provided when prompted.
  5. “Cancel” any attempts to sync the offline project when prompted.

Important: Do not close the black “TeamMate+ Offline” window that runs in the background.

Troubleshooting tips

If you have difficulty opening the .zip file, check the following:

  • That you have full permission to access the folder you have downloaded the .zip file to.
  • Offline requires Windows 10 or above to run.
  • Your computer needs Microsoft Visual C++ 2015–2019 Redistributable.
  • You must have a network connection (internet connection) and make sure the network interface is up and running. Otherwise, TM+ will not mount the server on the system.
